About the Accommodation

Villa Libertad is a charming accommodation, wrapped in a halo of history that takes us to Cádiz de las Cortes, with centuries-old buildings built with oyster stone, typical of Cadiz architecture.

The farm is fully restored with charm, preserving the old details that give it that special and magical point.

It has 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom divided into 2 rooms to gain functionality and comfort. Fully equipped with Wifi, air conditioning, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, glasses to toast with a good wine.

Its location is unbeatable, in the heart of the old part of the city, a step away from the walls of Alameda Apodaca, the Caleta beach, the Genoese park or the Baluarte.

Easy parking in the San Antonio car park (right next door) in front of a carrefour express supermarket, and surrounded by the most acclaimed restaurants in the area.

As additional information, inform them that it is a second without elevator, since it is a historic building.

• Special cancellation conditions may apply to groups of 2 or more reservations 
• In order to have everything perfectly prepared for your arrival, it is very important to contact you to know the arrival time and thus be able to organize the agenda of the people who clean or deliver the apartments. 
• Pets are NOT accepted in this house 
• The official Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., depending on the availability of the apartment, it can be brought forward if needed. For arrivals between 10pm and midnight, a supplement of €20 will be charged. No check-in is made after 24 hours (except for reasons of force majeure) 
• It is not allowed to have parties or celebrate events unless expressly authorized 
• The check out time is by default at 11am, although depending on availability, there may be the possibility of extending under supplement 
• Upon entry, the ID or passports of guests over 16 years of age will be required. 
• Please respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbors, as well as the rules of good neighborliness and community areas. 
• Upon arrival, a deposit of € 150 will be requested by blocking in your credit card, which will be returned after departure after we check the house and confirm that the rules have been complied with.
