Villa Paraguay is a cozy loft-style apartment located in the heart of the famous neighborhood. of the Viña. One minute from the emblematic beach of La Caleta and very close to the best bars and restaurants in the city. The location of this apartment is unbeatable for both winter and summer.

It is recently renovated, it has a double bed and a comfortable Italian-style double sofa bed. It has a full kitchen and washer-dryer. The bathroom has a very large shower. It also has air conditioning.

• The official Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., depending on the availability of the apartment, it can be brought forward if needed. For arrivals between 10pm and midnight, a supplement of €20 will be charged. No check-in is made after 24 hours (except for reasons of force majeure)
