PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE RULES AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS AND STAYS:
- A DEPOSIT OF WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL by blocking on your credit card. The amount ranges between €120 and €300.
- IT IS TOTALLY FORBIDDEN TO EXCEED THE NUMBER OF STAYING PEOPLE INDICATED IN YOUR RESERVATION. If you wish to increase the number of people up to the maximum allowed for each accommodation, a supplement of € 30 / day will be charged to each extra person. BREACH OF THIS RULE IMPLIES THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY AND THE FORFEIT OF THE DEPOSIT
- The official Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For arrivals after 9pm, they will have to pay a supplement of € 20 upon arrival. The check out time is by default at 11am, although depending on availability, there may be the possibility of extending under a supplement of € 10 / hour
- Upon entry, all IDs or passports of all guests who are going to stay over 16 years old will be required.
- PUNCTUALITY IN ARRIVAL IS VERY IMPORTANT for this reason, if after confirming your approximate arrival time, they delay it by more than 30 or 45 minutes, they will have to adapt to the new arrival time assigned by the worker in charge of their check in, since its delay will cause a chain delay in the work schedule and delivery to other clients with scheduled arrivals in accommodations after yours.
- It is not allowed to have parties or celebrate events
- It is forbidden to make noise or play music between 11 p.m. and 10 a.m.
- Upon leaving, they must make sure to leave the air conditioning or heating turned off and take the garbage to the container.
- As a general rule, accommodation is not rented to groups of young people under 25 years of age. If this is your case, please see possible exceptions
