The property originally owned by the Oneto family was ordered to be built in 1670 by Luis Guzmán y Soto Contador Mayor of the VIII Duke of Medinaceli. In its architecture it has one of the most impressive porticoed patios and a monumental baroque staircase made of Genoese marble in the city.

Recently renovated with top quality finishes, the apartment is furnished with antique pieces and works of art.

The spacious first bedroom features a King Size double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while there is an additional full bathroom and two further bedrooms, one with two large single beds and one with two single beds.

The fourth bedroom is adjacent to the living room and features a high quality double sofa bed.

The apartment also has a separate kitchen, a living-dining room and a private patio with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying a quiet lunch or dinner surrounded by plants and flowers.

The impressive 4 meter high ceilings add to the feeling of grandeur.

  • The official Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., although depending on the availability of the apartment, it can be advanced if needed 
  • It is not allowed to have parties or celebrate events unless expressly authorized 
  • The check out time is by default at 11am, although depending on availability, there may be the possibility of extending under supplement 
  • Upon entry, the ID or passports of guests over 16 years of age will be required. 
  • Please respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbors, as well as the rules of good neighborliness and community areas. 
  • Upon arrival, a deposit of € 150 will be requested by blocking in your credit card, which will be returned after departure after we check the house and confirm that the rules have been complied with. 
  • It is forbidden to make noise or play music between 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. Please respect the rest hours.
