Nice apartment located on the seafront, on the Valdelagrana beach of EL Puerto de Stª Mª. Its waters are warm and calm and it offers a multitude of leisure activities, beach bars, restaurants, typical shops and above all, the Toruños natural park, where you can rent bicycles and walk among salt flats and marshes, see flamingos and varied birds, is really a beauty, be sure to visit it !!

It is loft type, with capacity for 4 people and a parking space. It has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed of 120x190cm.

• Special cancellation conditions may apply to groups of 2 or more reservations 
• In order to have everything perfectly prepared for your arrival, it is very important to contact you to know the arrival time and thus be able to organize the agenda of the people who clean or deliver the apartments. 
• Pets are allowed, MAXIMUM 1 UP TO 8 KG for an additional fee of 20 euros.
• The official Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., although depending on the availability of the apartment, it can be advanced if needed 
• Please have it planned If after confirming the approximate time of arrival, there are delays without prior notice with more than 2 hours in advance, a supplement of € 15 will be charged for each hour of delay 
• It is not allowed to have parties or celebrate events unless expressly authorized 
• The check out time is by default at 11am, although depending on availability, there may be the possibility of extending under supplement 
• Upon entry, the ID or passports of guests over 16 years of age will be required. 
• Please respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbors, as well as the rules of good neighborliness and community areas. 
• Upon arrival, a deposit of € 150 will be requested by blocking in your credit card, which will be returned after departure after we check the house and confirm that the rules have been complied with.
