This apartment is distributed in 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and a living room with two comfortable sofa beds. It has a complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is fully renovated and decorated with great love and care, to preserve the essence of the time that will make your stay a sweet memory.

Fully equipped with air conditioning in living rooms, ceiling fans in bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, wifi, smart tv, kitchenware and household linen.

Located in the center, next to the food market, guarded public parking, monumental and leisure area.

• In order to have everything perfectly prepared for your arrival, it is very important to communicate with you to know the time of arrival so we can organize the agenda of the people who clean or deliver the apartments

. • Pets are NOT accepted The official Check in time is from 15h, although according to availability of the apartment, it can be brought forward if you need it.

• Check out time is by default at 11h, although according to availability, there may be the possibility of extending it under supplement.

• At the entrance, the ID cards or passports of the guests over 16 years old will be required. Please make sure you have it ready.

• A deposit of 50€ per occupant over 18 years old will be requested at your arrival, to be returned within a few days after your departure after checking the house and complying with the rules.

• No parties or events are allowed unless expressly authorized.

• Please respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbors, as well as the rules of good neighborliness and community areas.
